Pricing
We believe in a transparent, client centered pricing model. From the very start, you'll know what your evaluation will cost, and you won't be required to pay for services that aren't relevant to your specific needs. That's why we offer a range of evaluation packages tailored to different referral questions, concerns, and budgets. Each package is designed to be efficient and focused while maintaining the depth and accuracy needed for meaningful, clinically sound conclusions.
Pricing reflects the time, training, and resources that go into every evaluation. This includes not only the cost of administering and scoring psychological assessments and questionnaires, but also the time your clinician spends reviewing records, preparing for and conducting clinical interviews, interpreting your results in context, and carefully compiling the final documentation and recommendations.
We are not paneled with any insurance plans, which means clients are responsible for the full cost of services. Payment is required prior to beginning the evaluation. You may choose to pay the full fee upfront or divide it into two payments: 50% is due at the start of the evaluation, and the remaining 50% is due before your feedback session can be scheduled.
If you have out-of-network benefits, we can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
Please note: We are not able to provide services to individuals covered by Medicaid or Medicare, even if they are willing to pay out of pocket. This is due to federal regulations that restrict private-pay arrangements with providers who are not enrolled in those programs.

You can add a full-length narrative report to any evaluation. This formal, integrative document includes a thorough explanation of the information obtained through the assessment process along with diagnostic impressions and general recommendations. Many clients find this report valuable for their own understanding, for sharing with healthcare providers, or for providing to relevant agencies or organizations when seeking accommodations or services.
The additional cost for this service reflects the significant time (typically 6-8 hours) and clinical expertise required by the psychologist to synthesize and communicate your results clearly and meaningfully. In most cases, you will receive your diagnostic report within one week of your feedback session. However, wait times may be slightly longer during major holidays and scheduled clinic closures.
